The approximately 18 hectares of vine slopes face south-east to south-west and are approximately 320-480 metres above sea level. Only 400-600 grams of grapes are harvested from each square meter. With this loving care and Nature’s blessing the great wines of Poggio al Sole are born. The modern equipment and constant temperature of the wine cellars ensure that the most scrupulous care and attention can be lavished on the treasured grapes during the journey of wine making.
